Derek graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving his B.S. degree in business administration and accounting from Auburn University. Since graduation, Derek has been employed in both private industry and public accounting. Derek has been a practicing CPA for over 15 years and is the managing partner of Warren Sasser & Associates, LLC. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. Derek is an active member of The Rotary Club of Geneva and former president of the board of the Geneva Hospital. Derek and his wife, Becki, have two children, Jessie and Derek Allen. |

Allen received his B.S. degree in business administration and accounting from Troy State University. During his professional career Allen has worked with local accounting firms and the state of Alabama as a governmental auditor. Allen has over 21 years of experience and is a partner of Warren Sasser & Associates, LLC. He currently manages our Opp office. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Alabama Society of CPA's. Allen and his wife, Sharon, have two children, Blake and Emily. |

Letha attended the University of West Florida where she received a BSBA in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in taxation. She gained valuable experience with a large regional firm. Letha is a partner of Warren Sasser & Associates, LLC. She currently manages our Defuniak Springs office. Letha holds memberships with the American Institute of CPA's, the Florida Institute of CPA's and the Alabama Society of CPA's. She is an active member of the DeFuniak Springs Kiwanis Club, the President of the Board of Directors for COPE Center, Inc. and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Florida Chautauqua Incorporated. She is married to Zach Hinote.
